Before becoming a Senior Advisor/Mentor for the Creative Media team at Apple I worked as a freelance Audio Engineer in many recording studios around the United States. My professional, education came through Recording Connection Audio Engineering School. Through their apprentice program I built my experience in audio engineering and music production under Kevin Butler, owner of Test Tube Audio (guitar player for Black Books), and Matt Noveskey (bass player for Blue October/owner of ORB Recording Studios}. I also had the privilege of becoming proficient in broadcasting and production team work under the direction of Malcolm Harper (Grammy winner/owner of Reelsound Recording Company). While receiving hands-on, apprenticeship education in the recording arts, I learned proper miking techniques and learned a great deal about sound production and working in various acoustic environments. Among the many amazing music production opportunities I’ve been blessed with, broadcasting the Bud Light stage at Austin City Limits in 2012 is probably my favorite. Performers included Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Roots, The Black Keys, Neil Young and many more. My educational background and personal experiences have given me a solid understanding of audio engineering, development, management, technical support, and promotion.

Owned end-to-end production pipeline for customer-facing how-to content, from creative brief through final export and publishing. Wrote and edited scripts and VoiceOver copy aligned to brand voice and strategic goals. Selected and structured content to maximize clarity, engagement, and on-domain performance. Partnered with creative teams during ideation, ensuring deliverables align with AppleCare’s strategic and production goals. Administered Wrike Space and managed project media in Box, organizing scripts, Final Cut Pro libraries, and production assets to assist seasoned producers through all phases of development.
Provided technical support to advisors and customers via case escalations for Apple's line of consumer and professional creative applications.
