Syz Group is a family-owned Swiss private bank headquartered in Geneva, with nearly $30 billions in assets under management. As Chief Investment Officer, I hold full ownership of the bank's investment platform, leading a multi-disciplinary organisation that spans Discretionary Portfolio Management, Advisory, Research (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Macro) and 3rd-party Alternatives. I chair the Bank's Investment Committee and serve as the primary spokesperson for the firm's investment views — both in front of clients and in the media. Since joining in 2021, I have designed and launched four growth initiatives that have meaningfully expanded the firm's reach, positioning, and service offering: Syz Blog — A content platform publishing the bank's investment views and macroeconomic analysis, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership across digital channels. Syz Club — An exclusive investment events programme curated for professional clients, including multi-family offices and external asset managers, fostering high-value relationships and deepening engagement with the firm's investment platform. Syz as a Service — An outsourced CIO offering providing external asset managers and family offices with bespoke, institutionally crafted investment solutions — extending the firm's expertise beyond its own client base. Syz Research Lab — A dedicated programme bringing in talented young graduates and interns to provide analytical and research support across the investment platform.
