In interaction with the Industrial Management for Insulation and Gypsum activities, in charge of strategic Capex investments for more than 50 plants located around the world (portfolio ~20M€) : - "Hot end" equipments (fiberizing, forming, curing oven, cooling zone, heat recuperators, fans, ...) - "Cold end" equipments (packaging, handling, robots, conveying, stacking lines...) These companies are well known as Isover, Mag, Certainteed for Insulation brands and Gyproc, Certainteed, Rigips, Placoplatre companies for Gypsum brands.
GE Energy - Gas turbine activity Fluid Systems and Fluid components Direct manufacturing products and services portfolio: Part of the Fluid System commodity team (about 100$M). - Introduced efficient global procurement strategy as single source reduction plan. - Downstream supplier identification, analysis and management for new projects. These missions were accomplished in collaboration with Procurement, Engineering and Quality departments.
Indirect/direct products and services portfolio focused on Accessories and Spare Parts related to the five main brands of the group, and also, infrastructure services. - Launching major projects for facilities requested by the manufacturing and services departments. - Optimization of the references and supplier panel in Accessories and Spare parts. - Steadily diagnosed the market in order to be reactive face to the competition.
