[1169B] Communications System for Shatin to Central Link (Phase II) • Design support a) Prepare design deliverables, design schedules and budget for Communications, Radio, and Public Mobile Communications Systems. b) Review submissions form consultants and contractors. c) Collaborate and discuss with stakeholders on the technical design and consolidate user requirements. d) Conduct feasibility study and preliminary design for PAK. • Support tender processes of Contract 1260 Communications System for New Extension Projects a) Prepare Technical Scope documents and tender drawings for various COM subsystems. b) Coordinate and liaise with Commercial Department, Design Management Teams and stakeholders to prepare updates for Technical Scope texts, drawings and appendices for Tender Addendums (TA), response of Tender Queries (TQ) from tenderers. c) Assist Senior Engineers to evaluate tender submissions in Technical Requirements, Project Management and Support Functions, and prepare Tender - Questions and Answers (TQ&A) to tenderers. • Coordinate BIM process for Control and Communications discipline. • Conduct Check and Balance tasks for 1169B.

[966] Main Control System for South Island Line (East) (SIL(E)) • Managed SCADA/PLC system installation, interfaced with systems, and T&C process of multiple projects implementation from design, delivery, testing and installation for a large Interchange Station - Ho Man Tin Station and harsh environments in 60-70 meter depth stations. • Managed installation plan, design and inventory control in response to site change due to civil and design changes from interfaces. • Managed subcontractors to complete projects with good progress & quality. • Handled interfacing issues and on-site coordination with MTR, Civil and E&M systems. • Monitored and achieved installation-related milestones according to the formalized schedule and associated budget. • Motivated installation progress from 0% to 80% in 6 months for Whampoa Station.
