- Working with Cathay Pacific Airways (CPA) - Perform application analysis and assessment for migration project in Target Application Migration (TAM) project - Coordinate with other systems analysts, developers and architects, including system design, development, verification on project deliverables, quality assurance, etc. - Perform database analysis and migration - Prepare cutover and documentation for production, provide support and problem troubleshooting. - Responsible on server setup, including MQ client, server setup, Java version upgrade, WebSphere deployment setup, etc, under Linux platform - Responsible on JAVA application development in other enhancement projects within a short period - Responsible for identifying, collecting project requirements, designing IT solutions to integrate new system features with the customer needs. Coordinate with project managers to manage and control project schedule and human resources.

- Responsible on web-based applications deployment, including UI design and business logic implementation - Develop back-end system programs, including background job and API of common modules. - Generate Reports to show systematic data for performance analysis, statistics analysis or document publications. - Participate in performance test, including recording and modifying load runner scripting. - Prepare project deliverables, including program manual, specification, system manual, user manual, etc. - Work with government departments in the project life cycle as follows, * Immigration Department (IMMD) in ERAS projects * Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) in IGSES projects * Companies Registry (CR) in ICRIS projects * Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) in PAL II projects - Work with commercial companies, NGOs in the project life cycle as follows, * Metro Group Buying HK Limited (MGBHK) in customization on IBM Filenet P8 Workplace * CLP in EDMS projects * HSBC in ClientSphere Projects
