Superintendent is a key member of any Project Management Team. In this role, I support the planning and production efforts of the General Foreman and Foreman to achieve the total project goals and objectives by forming an effective team and delegating responsibilities. I set exemplary standards for corporate safety, quality and productivity by implementing and monitoring project control systems and providing on-the-job training.
Kiewit was awarded the EPC contract for Dominion Energy, taking over the project after the previous contractor was unable to achieve mechanical completion at 31 sites. As part of the transition, Kiewit assumed full responsibility for the existing build and successfully executed the remaining scope to meet project objectives. Among the 31 sites, four were in Texas and included in the overall recovery effort.
TIC Southern was contracted to build the LNG export and production facility consisting of five Frame 7EA.03 Gas Turbine Generators, five HRSGs with duct burners and SCRs, two Steam Turbine Generators, and two Air Cooled Condensers in 5x2 Combined Cycle Power Plant configuration. The PIS is not connected to the grid and will operate as a power island, supplying electrical power to the LNG plant, with a design generating capacity of 665 MW. The Liquefaction Train System (LTS) will be composed of eighteen Single Cycle Mixed Refrigerant liquefaction trains to be supplied by GE Oil & Gas (GE). The Pre-Treatment System consisting of three gas Pre-treatment trains, two 200,000 cubic meter (“m3”) full containment above ground LNG storage tanks, two LNG export berths within a common LNG berthing area.

This is 700 MW 2 on 1 combined cycle EPC project that consists of Siemens F5-class combustion turbine generator units, equipped with low NOX combustion systems and inlet evaporative cooling and burning natural gas only. A Nooter/Eriksen triple pressure heat recovery steam generators and a Siemens condensing, reheat Steam Turbine Generator.
