Over the years, I became an internationally recognized wine communicator, judge, and educator. Today, I am the Co-Founder of Wine Safari Italia, where I merge my IT background with my wine expertise. Most recently, this included contributing to a 2026 monograph on the emerging biosecurity landscape in Southeast Asia, exploring the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health and assessing regional threat perceptions.
