Despite graduating from NYU in 2021, I have been intentional about gaining significant experience in many different practice areas and industries. My hard work, commitment, and attention to detail - instilled in me, since 7 years old, during my time as a semi-professional classical pianist attending the Juilliard Pre-College Program. During law school I craved gaining litigation experience and being a research assistant to multiple professors for multiple semesters, being exposed to local, state, federal, and international laws. • Represent plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action. Draft motion to seal, assist with Amended Complaint, draft firm article, conduct legal research on confidential witness/privilege issues, Rule 11 sanctions, § 1927 sanctions, and other legal issues.
• Primary associate on four securities fraud class actions. Assisted and attended two mediations; helped prepare and sat second chair in 8 depositions; drafted complaint, amended complaint, motion for lead plaintiff briefs, opposition to MTD, discovery requests, motion for class certification • Primary associate on two antitrust class actions (MDL). Drafted initial complaint and assisted drafting consolidated amended complaint, protective order, ESI protocols, and did legal research on cartel issues. • Primary associate on data breach class action. Assisted with conducting potential class representative interviews and conducted legal research on data privacy issues. • Drafted Daubert motion briefs, assisted drafting consumer protection class action complaint.

• Prosecution of antitrust action on behalf of third-party producers of single serving coffee cups. Assisted with expert discovery and confidentiality projects. Extensive legal research on antitrust cartel actions and remand in the multi-district litigation context for pitches and CLE presentations. • Defense of banking institution in SEC settlement-related securities litigation. Spent nine months completing extensive discovery and updating case strategy based on related trial proceedings. • Prosecution and defense of pharmaceutical companies in the Hatch-Waxman context. Defense of IT companies from third-party subpoenas and patent-infringement context. Drafted responsive pleadings, ANDA Notice Letters, Preliminary Claim Construction, and discovery requests/responses. Draft and publish articles for Winston’s patent blog, WacoWatch, and Winston’s Federal Circuit blog. • Brought a pro bono client and represented a class against Mayor Eric Adams and other city and state agencies for the unconstitutional conditions at Rikers Island. Drafted complaint, interviewed potential plaintiffs, drafted responsive briefings, and prepared and attended hearings. Served as liaison with client. • Represented plaintiff in housing court and entered a stipulation with defendant to offer five months of rent abatement. Represented and advised the Ali Forney Center in a bankruptcy/foreclosure matter. Assisted with homicide cases with Bronx Defender Services and successfully reduced a plea bargain by 2.5 years.
