- Managing global KPI of Samsung Care+ and service improvement plan - Leading entire service expansion project in SEAO (South East Asian & Oceania) from partner selection, product designing, system integration planning with partners to actual product launching and operation based on market research, analysis, strategic planning and partner evaluation.
- Successfully integrated Samsung Connect and SmartThings by prioritizing features for integration after analyzing data usage and by tracking errors with developers to fix; responsible for planning and execution of user tests post integration. - Designed a user journey of account migration from SmartThings account to Samsung account. - Designed a SmartThings’ log extraction feature essential for digging into root cause of errors - Designed a SmartThings’ push notification feature used for notice and marketing purpose
- Created FAQs and main value propositions for users and a guide manual for CS agents in Bixby English launching project (Launched Aug, 2017). - Designed and set up an utterance management process for improving quality of Bixby’s voice recognition capability by utilizing 3rd party specialized linguistic company. - Monitored market reactions to Bixby Voice after launching and managed hot fix of service to incorporate market needs.
