In this dynamic industry Chandrakant Patil started as a Cell Animator and since then has evolved over the past 25+ years playing multiple roles with the changing demands of the industry. His desire has always been to bridge the gap between the new age talent and the workflow, creating a sustainable environment by bringing together innovation, planning, technology and productivity while keeping it cost-effective. Having handled over 100+ projects both globally and locally his experience and expertise lies in managing projects of various scales under the banners of 30+ well-known brands. In his journey, he has successfully led a team size of over 250+ people. In this time frame he has mastered the art of 2D, 3D and VFX and established great recognition in the industry. Some of the well-known brands his work has been associated with are Byju’s E-learning, DQ Entertainment, Pogo Channel, Disney, Kellogs, etc. Some of the interesting key projects have been the educational videos with Byju's, Kerela Traffic Control, UNICEF project and Kid Krish, an animation movie through Toonz Animation. He also played a part in projects such as The Jungle Book, Tanali Raman, Lav n Kush, etc. He has currently headed a unit of SM Rolling VFX in Pune and is instrumental in business growth and execution of 2D/3D and VFX projects for some important clients. Chandrakant Patil has also conducted several interactive lectures for students in animation at various educational institutions. His sessions have been very enriching and empowering for students. To further help youngsters have a clear career vision for themselves, he has started with his YouTube channel name ‘Master Talks’ where he interviews industry specialists and bring into light their journey.
