Senior executive (Country Manager / Director level) with a proven track record of leading hyperscale data centre operations and mission-critical infrastructure across APAC. 20+ years of experience in driving end-to-end operations, business expansion, and large-scale infrastructure delivery in highly demanding environments—including Data Centres, Renewable Energy, and Oil & Gas. Brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and commercial leadership, with full P&L accountability and a focus on operational resilience, scalability, and long-term value creation. Currently serving as Country Manager, Pure Data Centres Indonesia and UAE, responsible for in-country strategy, operations, and growth—supporting hyperscale customer requirements and building a robust platform for expansion in the region. Previously, I was Data Centre Engineering Operation (DCEO) Cluster Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Indonesia, leading the CGK region across multiple availability zones, owned assets, and colocation facilities—ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and compliance in line with hyperscale standards. Earlier, I led renewable energy operations at Berkeley Energy (Indonesia), managing multi-technology assets (Solar PV, Hydro, Biomass), followed by 12 years with TotalEnergies, where I held senior operational leadership roles including Maintenance Superintendent and Deputy Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)—overseeing complex onshore and offshore production systems. Oversight PureDC corporate management and governance to meet PureDC KPIs in safety, security, HR, budget (OPEX), and compliance to UAE regulations. Support engagement with customer, maintain service level agreement (SLA), and manage P/L sheet to maintain company financial health and drive company operational excellence. Lead efficiency program for site operation including contractors’ management and external maintenance contracts.
Work with Group HQ to set strategic objectives for the site(s), manage in-country (Indonesia) Data Centre operation, set-up Indonesia business entity, prepare handover and initial operation of the facilities, and provide flawless service to the customer. Manage all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) programmes for AWS Infrastructures in Indonesia to achieve 99.999% system availability and deliver the best customer experience. Lead AWS Infrastructure team (managers and engineers) to achieve all AWS’s metrics in safety, security, availability, and budget (OPEX). Manage O&M contracts and service contractors, and lead the implementation HSE management systems, and maintain coordination with other department. Assist Regional (Country) Manager to prepare the region launch in term of manpower organization, emergency preparedness, procedures, spare-parts, operation readiness, and IT rack set-up and power on at multiple availability zones and transit centers. 1. Lead operation and maintenance (O&M) of all Berkeley Energy assets in Indonesia, including 8MW hydro power plant, 14.7MWp & 7.2MWp Solar PV, and a Biomass Steam Plant. 2. Manage day to day operation and as well provide technical support in order to achieve operational excellence in Safety, Production, and Efficiency. Acting General Manager to lead Indonesia team of 60+ employees and contractors. 3. Drive three SPVs (business units) towards maximum safety performance, best operation and finance (P&L sheet, Budget, OPEX/CAPEX) practices, and good governance system. Several future projects (Hydro and Solar PV) are currently in engineering and feasibility study phase soon will add the number of the company's assets and also increase the low carbon energy contribution in Indonesia's primary energy mix.

Dissertation Project: Central North Sea Electrification. Techno-economic analysis of an HVDC Transmission System to decarbonise the offshore platforms power supply (in cooperation with BP North Sea) In this dissertation, I conducted technical and financial feasibility for Central North Sea power from shore (PFS) concept using HVDC transmission system. I also conducted the life cycle assessment (LCA) to review the environmental impact of the PFS concept. My dissertation was selected as the best project providing tangible benefits for industry 2017/2018 by UoEdinburgh Engineering Department.
1. Lead maintenance activities to maximize the production output of Senipah - Peciko - South Mahakam (SPS) Facilities with production up to 750 MMSCFD of natural gas and 60,000 bopd of liquid. 2. Manage maintenance operation of 12 offshore wellhead platforms (2 operation blocks), Single Buoy Mooring (SBM), Senipah Onshore Receiving Facilities and Peciko Gas Compression Plant (ORFs) to fulfill HSE and plant reliability's KPI. 3. Manage manpower allocation and development of 150 person of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors to achieve maximum potential and smooth career progression. Act as Deputy Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) on site. 4. Manage the Work Orders (WOs) priority and planning (UNISUP-SAP) and lead all major intervention and turn around activities to achieve maximum safety, quality, and efficient working time.
1.Set up and lead several start-up teams to perform safe and flawless commissioning/start-up of new oil and gas facilities including plant performance test, troubleshooting, and initial operation of the plant. 2. Prepare start-up budget to cover tools and consumables, vendor assistance, and manpower. 3. Oversee the commissioning activities, prepare start-up strategy, compose start-up procedures. 4. Coordinate and guide multidisciplines start-up team to operate the platform to achieve its optimum capacity (30+ persons)
