Responsible for area management including outreach, application evaluation, and recruitment from assigned territory. Direct Yale's signature admitted student program, Bulldog Days, and work as a member of several key teams related to outreach/recruitment, the first-year process, and strategic initiatives. In addition to collaborating with my colleagues and student workers daily, I interact with the larger Yale College community as a member of the Yale College Deans Office and as a Fellow and undergraduate advisor in Benjamin Franklin college.
Served as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of BGLTQ Student Life within the Dean of Students Office at Harvard College. Responsible for intern supervision, hiring, and training. Revamped the "PRIDE at Harvard" campaign and collaborated with campus partners at the university level in Title IX, Athletics, Belonging & Inclusion, and the Arts.
Hired to read and score applicant materials for the annual Director’s Internship program.
