Procurement Manager under the section of Corp Svcs/Office Management. - In charge of procuring equipment, maintenance and supplies. - Assistant Department Security Officer with the role of conducting fire drills and regular safety checks. - Administrator of Room Booking System within the organisation, in which role is to resolve any issue from office users and to liaise with back end engineer.
Manager under FSRG section - In charge of interviewing/ getting critical information from Singapore major food vendors in terms of their secondary food supplier. - Compile information into spreadsheet and present it to the directors within the section.
