- Design, implement, deploy and support SAP related FICO projects/solutions to achieve defined business goals. - Engage with customers to analyse and define business requirements, to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. - Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements. - Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program. - Assist in the Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Test. - Assist in implementation activities to fix reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment. - Conduct and provide training to SAP Users.
-Working with business team to define integration logic between SAP and other external system to support unique business needs. -Responsible for Implementation, Roll-out and Support project across several modules. I)FI-AA (Asset Accounting) & GL (General Ledger) II)CO-PA (Profit Center) & RA (Resultant Analysis) III)IM- AR (Appropriation Request) & Budget Distribution IV)MM-Purchasing &SES V) PS-WBS, Allocation Structure &Settlement -Prepare and assist project plan, working closely with business team to define As Is and To Be process. -Engaging key business stakeholders which includes gathering requirements and translating them into Functional Specification, training documents, and support end users. -Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure design specifications are met requirements.
-Provides solutions and development for the functional needs of the business -Day-to-day support and troubleshooting of specialist SAP programming. -Full responsibility for identification, changes, testing, documentation, approval and communication of any modification to the SAP programs. -Ensure of proactive investigation and communication to the business about improvements and developments within SAP ECC6, which lead to a more effective use of SAP functionality. -Liaison with other teams on cross-application issues. -Supported the business user during User Acceptance Test when needed -Creation and Modification of Finance Master Data also with the use of LSMW for bulk requests -Resolving Incidents and ServiceNow Requests within the SLA.
-Control and verify invoices from numerous counties via SAP GUI( Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, UK, US ) -Work with stakeholders to allocate the right supplier to the Purchase Order & handles Purchase Order through its phases (Raising, Submitting, and Changing Purchase Orders in SAP and solving errors in the process together with Invoice Processing) -Checking travel expenses reports according to the international tax rules and company policy via SAP GUI & Concur -Assisting employees with issues related to travel reporting procedures& invoices via email as well as ServiceNow tickets. -Support on enhancement process/productivity saving & other ad-hoc duties and projects.
-Book-keeping and accounting entries to accounting system. -Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions (both online and manual). -Coordinate with others Accounting officer and evaluate all fiscal policies and recommend improvements for programs. -Bank reconciliation and funding projection. -Reviews current processes and workflows and makes recommendations as to needed changes for more efficient and productive results as well as assuring proper division of duties for internal control purposes.
