I work with retail and F&B SMEs to bring structure, financial visibility and operational control. My career spans institutional leadership, group-level finance and HR oversight, and entrepreneurship. I have operated across multi-entity SME environments — dealing directly with payroll structuring, CPF and GST compliance, cost-centre design, pricing strategy, supplier negotiations and inventory system integration. Having worked at both strategic and operational levels, I understand the realities founders face: manpower constraints, thin margins, compliance complexity and scaling decisions under uncertainty. My approach is practical and systems-driven. I focus on aligning finance, operations and brand structure so businesses regain clarity, improve margins and grow with control — not chaos.
