(Operations, Cutting, Sub Assembly, Sewing, Planning) • Connecting with central warehousing (Raw material) and Direct Customers • Managing internal warehouse (Managing 3–5-day RM stability) • Cutting operations (Automated Cutting facility running with 3 shift -45,000+ pcs/day) • Embellishment Operations (Printing / Embroidery and Laser -3 shift – 31,000+ pcs/day) • Work with external embellishment units/Cutting units to manage the overflows. • Centralized HS hub (3 shift – 36,000 pcs/day) • Pre sewing (Automated Sewing section (Sub assembly) with 180 Automated machine (2 shifts) • Sewing section with 74 Modules per shift with 1588 Sewing directs (2 shifts – 45,000+ pcs/day and 11.5 million pcs/annually) • Finish good warehousing and deliveries (OTD) • Production planning (Sewing/Cutting and Embellishment) • Preparation and execution of production inventory plans for raw material, work in progress and finished goods to optimize cost. Lead as the plant Production Manager with key roles as follows. Ensure overall sewing operation with keeping the consistent performance.
