Chad brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, banking, risk management, regulatory operations, and leadership. Chad Webb joined Addicus in 2019 and serves as Managing Partner. He focuses on providing capital and tax-efficient strategies, investment advisory, and business development solutions to the vast Addicus client and strategic advisors network. Chad specializes in operational risk management, corporate risk governance, regulatory operations, enterprise and strategic risk management, market and liquidity risk management, and model risk management and model validation. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his expertise in regulatory issues, financial planning, and enterprise and operational risk. Prior to joining Addicus, Chad worked at Regions Bank as their Executive VP, Chief Enterprise Risk Management Officer from 2011 to 2019 where he was responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management process, coordinating Risk Management participation in the capital and strategic planning processes, evaluating new products and services, emerging risks, and overseeing Board and committee reporting. Prior to that role, Chad worked in KPMG LLP’s Financial Services practice as a Senior Manager for over ten years. There, he served a broad range of financial services organizations, with particular focus on large regional banking and financial institutions, real estate companies, and other large publicly traded organizations. Chad is a published author and subject matter specialist. He has co-authored and sponsored various published materials on risk management, risk appetite development and implementation, and the challenges related to model validations in banking. Chad has also presented to numerous financial service organizations on topics such as Risk Management, Regulatory Issues, Enterprise and Operational Risk, and Key Risk Indicators. Chad is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned both a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, where he also studied International Tax and Accounting. He attended the Advanced Executive Leadership Program at Georgia State University and is a graduate of Leadership Memphis. Chad completed the Lean Six Sigma Executive Black Belt Program at Regions Bank. He has completed Principles of Agile Project Management for Banking and Risk Management.
