Seek out customers for work, qualify them for the proper equipment, design Plant and get Approval from the customer.
Design and build bulk plants for sand, cement, concrete and more. Rail car unloading systems and truck loading. Mining equipment. Locate and qualify customers. locate vendors and contractors for quote build budget for job Assist in the drafting of the contracts, Approve invoices from contractors and Vendors for payment. help ensure all moneys owed are paid in a timely manner, oversee job site on a weekly basis and report to customer progress. Work with customer to ensure all change orders are approved Commission jobs with safety reps and customer to insure satisfaction Train Customers how to operate new systems Follow up with customer to work on improving the systems in the future
Work closely with US operations Manager, Real estate, and local management with in planning, design, and execution of new construction projects across US regions. This involves selecting general contractors, coordinating construction crew schedules, onsite supervision of construction projects, ensuring all permits are obtained, purchasing office furniture and supplies for completed projects, and scheduling moves. Resolves any issues with construction projects including design, plumbing, electrical, scheduling, equipment, crews, permits, etc. and keeps Operations Manager aware of any major complications. Conducts preliminary reviews of construction budgets and researches all variances and prepares analysis and justifications if necessary and then reviews findings with US Operations Manager to ensure all construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Also assists US Operations Managers in the annual planning and budgeting process. Support district facility supervisors with maintaining chemical and propane inventories. Ensure maintenance and up keep of facilities is properly maintained. Translate needs for new district layouts from District managers to engineers. Compile information for pricing and scheduling of projects and relay information to accounting. Work with engineers, Contractors and Weatherford personnel until completion of project. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring inventory integrity is consistent. Assist Regional Operations Manager with any projects, issues, or task necessary.
Manage inventory levels by ordering selling or traansfering product. over see 70 to 120 personel. Scheduling, Recieving, special orders and customer service
