A Senior Search Consultant is responsible for developing new clients and enhancing relationships within existing customers. Once clients are developed and job orders are obtained, then the senior search consultant provides full cycle recruitment services to locate, qualify and recruit candidates.
A Search Consultant develops relationships with client companies and provides interview and hiring consulting services to help companies get the “A Players” in their industry. Search Consultants also work closely with candidates and match skill sets with clients.
A Project Coordinator recruits candidates to support clients developed by search consultants. In this role I also managed contractor payroll, contractor time sheets, and was the main point of contact for contractors’ concerns.
