*My responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing and maintaining a clean, safe and quiet environment in support of patient comfort and contentment. *Perform duties associated with the implementation of family programs, thus promoting the practice of family centered care. *Working cooperatively with the medical staff and other hospital staff who support care of the adult and geriatric patients.
*Organizing and updating medical records on a daily basis for over 180 personnel. *Organizing lesson plans and day to day training for various skills to be covered as well as presenting an organized topic of material as an instruction for others to comply. *Multitasking in order to assure each and every soldier receives the daily/weekly update in a timely manner.
*My responsibilities included performing assigned direct care activities, i.e. basic nursing procedures as well as training for patients in an inpatient hospital setting. *Assisted patients in learning daily living skills by tasking them into various situations. *Also participated in recreational/social activities and accompanied patients to appointments and activities as assigned. *Primarily I observed and documented the patients’ behavior as it sometimes changed.
*My responsibilities included entering memberships into the computer and filing them into the correct files. *Exchanges, refunds, etc.
