Manage the implementation, change management, support and management of Cornerstone ITM (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Succession/Talent) and Oracle Cloud HCM for the company. Drive the modernization of HR technology, transitioning from on premises to SaaS technology resulting in savings (5.3MM for ITM), improving/simplifying user experience and improving the company’s capabilities for leveraging human capital.
