I am unusual in terms of where I come from and how I chose my path. I pursued three levels of study in three countries (Hong Kong, China and the UK). I can deal with the different political system in Mainland China and successfully completed a 4-year degree there,. I can endure challenges. And on this basis I came to the UK and successfully accomplished my Masters study and established a more global horizon. I would like to work in the UK for the first few years, and then bring back this experience to Asia. I want to bridge the gap between Western and Asian business.

Teaching Cantonese language to ethnic monitories especially Pakistani, empowering them to be able to communicate more fluently and increase confidence of their life in Hong Kong Currently organising more classes to increase the capacity of the classroom, doing evaluation on the Chinese language level of ethnic minorities as it varies a lot according to their level of socialisation in Hong Kong. When evaluation is completed, ethnic minorities' students will be grouped into different classes in accordance with their ability, interest and need. This also requires a new approach in teaching and to design new curricula as to effectively provide social services which best tailor to the need of the community. New curricula will expect more interaction with clients while they make use of their multilingual background to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in learning Chinese. Therefore, I develop research, analysis, organisation, teaching and communication skills.
