I also prepared strategic insights and presented findings to the Partnerships Sales Team, gaining exposure to commercial decision-making at the highest level of the sports industry.
Contributed to a market research project at the Santiago Bernabéu focused on the VIP and Corporate Hospitality areas, supporting on-site data collection during matchdays and assisting with data analysis to generate insights aimed at improving hospitality operations and the fan experience.
Conducted operational and pricing analyses, competitive benchmarking, and KPI tracking to support management decision-making across multiple business units. Supported strategic planning and market assessments for new business channels through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with finance teams on accounts payable and receivable structuring to improve financial visibility and process efficiency.
Supported global supply chain and operations analysis through the development of pricing curves, supplier profiling, and KPI reporting across manufacturing sites. Collaborated with international suppliers and internal teams, while conducting data analysis using SAP and BI tools to compare OTO and OTC cost structures across projects and support operational decision-making.
