I have over 20 years of experience in corporate communication, as a media spokesperson and leader. I bring a proven track record of promoting brands and executives across channels as well as protecting their reputations in times of crisis. Before founding Rubicom, I held various management positions at Credit Suisse, including serving as Head of External Communications for Credit Suisse Switzerland and the Asset Management division. Prior to that, I was responsible for internal and external communications for Continental Europe at the asset manager GAM. I started my career in the financial sector at UBS, where I was heavily involved in crisis communications and reputation building as a media spokesperson during and after the financial crisis. At UBS, I've also gained extensive experience in change communications as part of a bank-wide strategy program.
Responsibilities included: managing communications for divestitures of businesses; developing refined communications approach for division; developed of a LinkedIn strategy for the division's CEO; managing project communications for various real estate projects; developing a new thought leadership concept.
Responsibilities included: driving media activities for the Asset Management division globally; managing media issues; development of global communications strategies and regional communications plans to proactively promote the division's strategy, products and thought leadership; developing a new mandate for the media relations function and related structures, policies and processes; reviewing and refining PR agency strategy; managing a team of three spokespersons.
Responsibilities included: external and internal communications for the Swiss Universal Bank division; leading the media relations and internal communications team; managing issues and crisis communications; developing and executing communications plans for various initiatives, including the integration of NAB into Credit Suisse, the launch of the CSX offering and the bank's Covid bridging loan program.
