Lublin, Lubelskie, Poland
I am an IT operations specialist focused on making systems more efficient, reliable, and secure. In my current role, I serve as the sole technical lead for a market-leading rubber stamp manufacturer in Poland. Within a 5-person operation, I make sure technology acts as a force multiplier rather than a bottleneck. I identify high-risk manual processes and eliminate them through automation, building custom solutions in JavaScript, VBA, and Tampermonkey that support 200+ daily executions and reduce mission-critical tasks from minutes to seconds. My work spans IT operations, process automation, e-commerce platform support, hardware lifecycle management, and practical security improvements such as least-privilege access control, multi-factor authentication, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. Alongside this, I am actively transitioning into cybersecurity, with a particular interest in penetration testing and offensive security. I have completed the Sekurak Academy Hacker apprenticeship with a #21 on the leaderboard out of 397 people and earned my first certification - ISC2 CC. I am especially interested in roles where I can combine analytical thinking, automation, and a security-first mindset to solve real business problems.
