In 2024, I earned my degree in Chemical Engineering from Kocaeli University. Additionally, I completed Erasmus programme at the University of Patras, which enriched my academic and cultural experiences. Throughout my student years, I actively participated in various activities and assumed multiple roles, consistently prioritizing my personal development. I am open to innovation and continuous improvement, and I place significant importance on building and maintaining strong human relations. My passion for research and eagerness to gain new experiences drive my professional journey. My objective is to leverage the social and academic knowledge I have acquired to guide my career and contribute effectively to my professional endeavors.
As a part of the Nextremers long-term internship program, I worked in the project and technology management team within the R&D unit on the following topics: •Utilize the power BI software to continuously update the technology roadmap by assessing emerging technologies. •Regularly track project progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports. • Delivering progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. • Follow national and international R&D incentive mechanisms, represent R&D in workshops and conferences, identifying stakeholders by establish relevant connections, and ensure participation in consortiums. • Assisting and taking parts in R&D management activities.
Within the scope of the ‘Gelecek Hayalim’ project, I won the right to be a mentee in the programme organised to support the development of women in the fields of technology and innovation.
