I am a 2019 graduate of International Relations from Gazi University, currently working as a Business Excellence Specialist with a focus on process improvement, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. Through my professional experience, I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer success. I approach problems with a structured mindset and a strong business perspective. I completed the Miuul Data Analyst Bootcamp and am currently pursuing Business Analyst training to further strengthen my analytical approach.
