With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, my journey has led me to Walmart de México y Centroamérica as an Omnichannel Strategy & Transformation Assistant Manager. Here, my focus is on enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions and process optimization. My educational background has been pivotal in developing the analytical skills necessary to drive performance improvements in a retail environment. Formerly, as a Research and Development Intern at Kimberly-Clark de México, my contributions included automating document systems and collaborating on medical certifications. These experiences, coupled with certifications in sustainable development and finance, empower me to tackle challenges and contribute to sustainable growth. My role is strengthened by a commitment to continuous learning and a keen interest in omnichannel retail innovation.
As part of the Omnichannel Transformation & Strategy team at Bodega Aurrera, I support high-impact initiatives aimed at strengthening the entire omnichannel ecosystem — from in-store operations to digital fulfillment — to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business scalability. • Lead a strategic omnichannel pilot implemented across multiple regions, aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency. • Drive key eCommerce projects to improve speed, consistency, and fulfillment reliability. • Collaborate with logistics, tech, HR, real estate, finance, and store operations to ensure cross-functional alignment. • Present strategic proposals directly to directors and senior managers. • Contribute to the development of new features for the on-demand operations team. • Lead an associate recognition initiative to boost team engagement and performance.
