Report to VP of Human Resources. • Overseeing 2 manufacturing plants & Corporate Office. • Managed core HR functions for start-up facility. • Realigned recruiting strategy to better develop talent pipeline including building training program. • Built new staffing processes based on competency modeling reducing annual turnover costs. • Implementation of Mercer IPE system to evaluate and assign jobs and assure internal equity and external competitiveness. • Maintain regulatory, legal and policy compliance. • Establish a Safety Program creating employees awareness and participation reducing accidents (Safety Culture – 12 Best Practices – 5S’s, Environmental). • Designing and implementing an HR metrics based on internal business-customer needs. • Lead immigration process for over 19 employees with the different working visas, permits & Green Cards. • Annual benefits negotiation for Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance & 401K. • Lead the implementation of HR systems: ADP, Kronos, SAP-Recruiting, SAP-LMS (Training) and SAP-HRIS. • Lead the implementation of the In-house E-Learning course development
• Business partners with Division President in developing Human Resources strategy for $250 million 2 plant manufacturing and 3 Regional commercial facilities with 950 employees in 10 states.
