Currently participating in She LAB, a leadership and sustainability development program co-organized by UNDP Turkey and Boyner Group. Selected among 60 participants from 1700+ applicants. The program includes: – Training modules on gender equality, strategic decision-making, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement – Interactive workshops on SDGs, systems thinking, and impact-driven project design – Development of an individual graduation project addressing real-world sustainability challenges – Peer learning and mentorship through She Talks sessions with professionals from public and private sectors This experience supports my growth as a purpose-driven leader with a focus on inclusive and sustainable development.
Turkishe is a global sisterhood network that empowers young Turkishe women to empower themselves and write their own success stories. It empowers women between the ages of 18-25 in their personal development, career and journey to create a sustainable future. The Turkishe Leadership Program within Turkishe is a program where young women selected from each university represent their universities and focus on management skills.
