I completed my undergraduate education at Balıkesir University, Department of Industrial Engineering with a 3.36 GPA, and my graduate education at Kocaeli University, Department of Industrial Engineering with a 3.59 GPA. I completed my thesis in the field of quality control, on service quality assessment and product development. Within the scope of my work, I used methods such as fuzzy multi-criteria decision making, statistical data analysis, quality function deployment and error types and effects analysis in an integrated manner. I am proficient in many programs such as SPSS, LINGO, Solidworks, Autocad, MS Office. Since I work as a project manager, I also have sufficient equipment and experience in managing project processes by adhering to deadlines, human relations, crisis management, and teamwork.
