Delivering end to end recruitment for the roles across all levels, guiding hiring managers through the process, securing high-quality shortlists and ensuring excellent candidate care for BAMECA, BAAF, ISTHub and NN Turkey Affiliate organizations.
•Owning e2e local payroll data, control and reporting •Registering and updating HR cases in Service Now. •Updating workforce admin related actions in the HR core system (Workday). •Assisting line managers to understand, interpret and apply HR policies, including providing the ground support in the execution of HR delivery in own specialist area. •Working within defined guidelines and policies, applying judgment to their application, this role will also identify issues with current processes and provide input on proposed changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR delivery. •Providing support to other HR colleagues, i.e. T&D, Payroll. •Supporting deployment of global projects in the country, along with the support for ongoing HR local projects. •Under direction, provides HR support to assist with the communication of change

-Giving full time support to employee care activities & complaint resolution of business department -Supporting performance management and goal setting processes & communcations of business department -Owning the Employee Care function & operations of HR Organization in Huawei Turkey R&D Center -Supporting recruitment & onboarding activities of business department -Arranging exit interviews & preparing root-cause analysis reports -Owning the end-to-end preparation of Headcount Report for Huawei Turkey R&D Center -Supporting HR Recruitment strategy by preparing monthly & yearly Turn Over Rate reports in Microsoft PowerBI tool
-Supporting end-to-end operations for sales representative trainings. -Preparing monthly reports on in-class and online tranings and reporting to the supervisor.
Responsible for planning and organization of inhouse English trainings for company employees. Translating press releases of corporate relations department. Supporting all translation operations and reporting directly to the manager.
