yılı aşkın bir deneyime sahibim ve şu anda Emir Varlık Yönetim'de İç Kontrol Müdürü olarak görev almaktayım. Uyum, risk yönetimi ve KVKK süreçlerine odaklanarak şirketin düzenleyici gerekliliklere uyumunu sağlamaya katkıda bulunuyorum. Amacım, şirketimizin hedeflerine ulaşmasında destek sağlarken etkili iç kontrol ve risk yönetimi süreçleri ile sürdürülebilir büyümeyi teşvik etmektir. Emir Varlık Yönetim'deki görevimde, iç kontrol süreçlerini geliştirme ve iyileştirme üzerine çalışıyorum. Daha önce BİOTREND'de Risk ve Uyum Direktör Yardımcısı olarak EBRD ve IFC uyum süreçlerini yönettim, KVKK uyumluluğunu sağlamak için politikalar geliştirdim ve uyguladım. Ayrıca, şirketin risk profillerini oluşturma, kilit risk göstergelerini belirleme ve düzenli risk toplantıları düzenleme konularında aktif rol aldım.
Develop the Internal Control policy and plan in accordance with applicable regulations, Conduct periodic studies on internal control, compliance, and oversight activities, Monitor the effectiveness of established procedures and conduct evaluations, Conduct studies related to the establishment and effective implementation of controls related to strategic, operational, legal, and business risks, Report and inform senior management regarding the results of applications and analyses, Monitor binding regulations, particularly BDDK and MASAK regulations, on an ongoing basis and conduct activities to ensure compliance, Ensure the establishment of institutional, risk management, monitoring and control policies, and training programs in accordance with MASAK regulations, and ensure that related activities are carried out effectively, Carry out other compliance and internal control activities as determined by the company
Manage the compliance process to ensure alignment with the EBRD and IFC Maintain constant communication with departments Manage the KVKK compliance process Draft and integrate legislation and policies Draft and update procedures Prepare policy training sessions and deliver them in coordination with HR Develop risk profiles for the company and its facilities Identify key corporate risk indicators to manage risk, hold monthly meetings with each department to identify risks and present them to the RESK (Risk Early Detection Committee)
Prepare an aging report, review it daily, and send it to the portfolio via email; respond to incoming credit limit requests with either approval or denial; conduct due diligence and analysis on corporate tax returns and/or existing documents; provide feedback by conducting due diligence and analysis on credit limit increase requests or, if there are risk-related issues, on credit limit reduction requests; Conducting scoring and rating analyses at the end of each month and every three months, and creating a detailed risk map. Provide data to senior management, internal audit, and independent auditors in internal and external reporting, and assist with reporting; Manage receivables collection processes; obtain feedback from sales managers based on the aging report; if necessary, communicate with companies to guide the receivables collection process; if legal proceedings are required, track the files, inform relevant departments, and monitor the process.
Conducting all necessary analyses and controls regarding loan applications received through branch channels in accordance with the bank’s credit approval policies, procedures, and instructions Verifying the consistency of application information entered into the system by branches with the application documents already recorded in the system Establishing credit approval criteria and updating credit approval procedures Evaluating and deciding on applications received through branches, documenting decisions in writing, and finalizing the process by determining the most appropriate limits for the customer Ensuring the efficient processing and completion of intelligence, risk analysis, financial analysis, risk monitoring, and scoring processes related to applications Developing and refining automated credit approval decision strategies Monitoring regulatory and industry changes, taking necessary actions, and directing relevant departments to incorporate these changes into allocation procedures Preparing reports as requested by internal and external audits Periodically reviewing allocation criteria and taking necessary actions Taking action in receivables collection processes, and tracking administrative and legal collection cases through to their final resolution
Take an active role in efforts to establish preventive internal control systems; Conduct process reviews and analyses to identify key control points, test their effectiveness, and recommend actions for areas of weakness; Report findings to senior management in a clear, concise, and understandable manner based on the results of Internal control activities, and provide recommendations for improvement; Monitoring the implementation of actions;Ensuring that internal control activities are carried out within the planned timeframe and scope, and reporting the results to the Internal Control Manager;Periodically monitoring and reporting on the implementation of action plans recommended for findings identified through control activities
