I started to my corporate career with telecommunications because I'm predisposed to technology and automotive sectors. For a long time I have to experience sales and marketing in the areas of this sector. I took different tasks, all the channel structure in the company that I work in the telecommunications industry (retail, dealer, wholesale, telesales, corporate sales, chain grocery stores, government procurement). The great achievements of the past for me, I became number one in Telpa's sales department at my first month. I can say that I found the myself with this achievement. I picked appreciate from KVK company for I developed to alternative sales channels. Then, I wanted continue in e-commerce industry to my career. Because of myself development request. For this reason, I joined the n11.com company at during the setup phase. During the same period, I started writing my graduate thesis about e-commerce. I succeeded over the my targets and I provided to development of company at during my working time for n11.com. After resting a short time, I had some short-time jobs as consultant or employee at again e-commerce and telecommunications industries. After that, I was started to work at Doga Mobile Communication Technologies company as Sales and BD Manager. We were managing purchasing and whole sales operations as bulk about smartphone devices. Last one, I worked as Group Category Manager at Trendyol Group and I ended my corporate career. Now, I'm continuing to my business life with my 2 companies as founder and co-founder.
Creating all of the category structure and tree based on the sub categories. Providing from FT and ST processes pass to marketplace operations. Accelerating current categories (like SDA and Smartphone Accessories) and adding new categories (like core Smartphone Devices, MDA, TV, Computer, Game Consoles, Photo and Camera) to ecosystem. Also, I'm responsible for the development of non-electronic categories. (Like Auto&Motorcycle, DIY, Book&Films,Music,Hobby, Office&Stationery). Determining KPIs for all of the team members according to the Trendyol' s requests. Making seller acquisitions for which sub-category needs to new sellers. Keeping high motivations of team members and managing to key accounts processes. Reporting category status to upper management in the weekly meetings. Inventory planning and forecasting, to prepare sales plans. Giving approve for ST purchasing process of some categories and doing budget control. Measuring individual performance based on the team members.
