I'm passionate about helping mobile carriers who wants to go extra mile for their customers but struggle to meet their demands in this competitive market. CiULLAR, the only platform was created in mind knowing that there was a better way to do business online and in retail stores when it comes to selling accessories. With 14 years of experience serving in the mobile industry, I noticed a big gap when it came to supplying a wide customer base with accessories. Due to budget constraints and limited operational efficiencies, the needs of customer weren't being met and as a result sales have dropped over the years. Our platform is designed to bring mobile carriers and accessories together to improve customer experience and rapidly increase sales.
• Designed, setup, and maintained Salesforce standard objects, custom and junction objects, while also structuring user roles, security profiles, and workflow rules. • Provided system and process development support to the sales and marketing efforts of the accessory team. Communicated project objectives, recommendations, and status to stakeholders, teammates, supervisors, and executive management. • Monitored teams adoption rates and responded as needed providing them with training sessions, communication, and documentation as required. • Identified necessary operational process changes and worked with stakeholder groups to analyze, define, and implement those processes within Salesforce. • Provided expert advice to outside business partners to assist with solving technical problems and implementing policy using IT best practices. • Handled all aspects of sprint.com for product launches and maintenance, and ensured all aspects needed for a successful launch was available.
