My priority objectives is to meet the defense and protection needs of our country with national and local opportunities, to carry out qualified R & D studies in the universities and companies in the sector and to contribute to the production realized with the own resources of our country. Experienced in Meshing, Static, Dynamic and Nonlinear Structural Analysis, Fatigue, Power Spectral Density Analyses, Vibration analysis (Modal, FRF etc.), Weapons and Defense systems.
TR Mekatronik is founded as a subsidiary company of Turkish Aerospace Industry and Sarsilmaz Silah Sanayi A.Ş. to meet heavy weapon system needs for aircraft, helicopter, armored vehicle platforms. 🚁✈🚀List of main activities ⬇ ✔Random Vibration Based Fatigue Analysis ✔Preparing Finite Element Analysis models for static and dynamic analyses ✔GFEM Constant Acceleration Analysis ✔MIL-STD 810G, TOP 3-2-045, MIL-STD 1553B ✔Internal and external ballistic theory ✔Determination of Recoil Force ✔Investigation and design of the effect of the muzzle brake on recoil force ✔Statistical determination of distribution and accuracy values. ✔Preparation of Analysis Report ✔Selecting Pressure Sensor, Force Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Light Screen, Target System and so on for Balistic ✔Correlation of Finite Element Analysis models and results according to the test results ✔Following and Control of Subcontractor Structural Analysis and Test Procedures 💻🖥 Software/tools/technological environment ⬇ ✔MSC Apex, Patran, Nastran, Cradle ✔GNU Octave, Scilab ✔PTC Creo
The candidate Engineering has been conducted for 7 month and during this time I served in the Helicopter, Fatique And Dynamic Analysis Department. In addition, I had the opportunity to be in the testing stages of the original national helicopter, GÖKBEY. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with people who specialize in their field. 🚁✈🚀List of main activities ⬇ ✔Random Vibration Based Fatigue Analysis ✔Analysing Vibration Characteristics and Load Paths by FE Tools ✔Validation of Finite Element Analysis by Conducting Modal Tests 💻🖥 Software/tools/technological environment ⬇ ✔MSC Patran, Nastran (SOL101, SOL103, a bit SOL600). ✔HYPERMESH ✔ANSA ✔NASGRO4
During my internship, I took the experience in the subject such as Fundamentals of Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis with ANSYS, Fluid Mechanics Analysis with ANSYS, Technical Computing with MATLAB, Dynamic System Modeling with Simulink and SimScape.
Internship has been conducted for 1 month and during this time I served in the Composite Manufacturing Non-Destructive Testing Department. Throughout the study, I saw Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), Resine Transfer Moulding (RTM), Hand Lay-up, Autoclave, Composite inspection, Composite repair. Besides I had the oppurtunity to be in the pal manufacturing prosess of the Atack helicopter,T129. In addition, I had the opportunity to be in the testing stages of the original national helicopter,T625. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with people who specialize in their field.
