A solution-oriented, strategic senior Human Resources leader with nearly 25 years of comprehensive experience across all domains of HR. Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, performance systems, recruitment strategies, leadership development, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations. Recognized for driving people-centric transformation, building high-performing cultures, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. After early career experience in sales roles, he transitioned into the banking sector in 2002, taking on training and quality development responsibilities that strengthened his foundation in people development and organizational learning. From 2007 to 2012, he served in Garanti Bank’s Training Department, playing a key role in shaping corporate learning strategies and capability-building initiatives. He joined Acıbadem Healthcare Group in 2012 as part of the Career Development team and subsequently advanced into key leadership roles: Training Manager (2012), Deputy Human Resources Director (2018), and Human Resources Director (2022). During his tenure, he led strategic HR transformation efforts, implementing structural improvements in talent management, employee engagement, employer branding, organizational efficiency, and development culture. In 2025, he was appointed Human Resources Director of Turkish Trade Bank, which re-launched its organizational restructuring efforts that same year. In this role, he is responsible for establishing modern HR practices, shaping the organizational structure, leading cultural transformation, and developing sustainable talent strategies aligned with the bank’s long-term vision. Actively engaged in TEGEP since its earliest days as a thought platform, Cenk Sandıkçı continues to contribute to the community by voluntarily delivering training sessions and supporting professional development initiatives.
