I am a Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine with 20+ years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. Currently serving as the Intensive Care Training Supervisor and Director of the Intensive Care Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Health Sciences, Izmir School of Medicine, Dr. Suat Seren Chest Diseases and Surgery Training Hospital, I specialize in advanced mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and critical care decision-making. My work integrates frontline ICU care with research, education, and innovation. I design and lead impactful clinical studies—often combining deep statistical insight with practical applications in intensive care.
