With a robust background in psychology and leadership development, I bring over two decades of experience in clinical psychology, counseling, and coaching. My academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Üsküdar Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Hacettepe University. Having worked as a school psychologist, HR training specialist, psychotherapist, and psychological counselor at esteemed organizations like Açı Okulları and AXA Sigorta, I've honed my expertise in emotional intelligence and leadership coaching. These experiences laid the foundation for my role as the founder of Bahçebiz Development Academy. At Bahçebiz, Derin Koçluk, Eğitim, Danışmanlık, İletişim Hizmetleri Ltd Şti., we specialize in professional training and coaching services tailored for senior executives at leading global corporations across Turkey and Europe. Our mission is to empower leaders to embrace change with confidence while achieving balance between professional challenges and personal insightfulness.
