Transformation, operations, and regional leadership executive with 25 years of international experience across Europe, North America, and Asia in consulting, technology, and enterprise transformation environments. Most recently served as SVP, Americas for a global consulting organization, where I built and scaled the Americas organization from the ground up across sales, delivery, HR, and technical architecture functions. This included initiatives in new technology investments (including AI), diversification into new business areas such as sports broadcasting, as well as cost optimization and revenue growth programs. My core expertise includes enterprise transformation leadership, operating model design, enterprise program delivery, and strategic growth initiatives across complex, multinational environments. I currently operate independently with focus on interim and fractional executive leadership opportunities in transformation and operations (COO / Transformation / Strategy roles), supporting organizations that require senior leadership to build, stabilize, or scale execution capability.
