BSc Civil Engineering / MSc Construction Management I started my career as a BIM Engineer in an Airport contractor company, being involved in international projects from the Middle East and Europe, and gained lots of experience in airport and skyscraper construction within five years. I joined Hilti Netherlands as an International BIM Lead Modeler, I worked with different international teams on a high requirements project in Europe. In my previous role as a BIM Lead Modeler, I worked in a cross-functional team, communicating daily with Project Managers, Lead Engineers, and Modelers across multiple international projects. Together, we resolved various challenges to deliver high-quality outputs to our clients. This position provided an excellent opportunity to develop and apply my leadership skills, as I coordinated large modeling teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, I placed strong emphasis on establishing clear communication between teams, which was essential in navigating critical decision-making, risk assessment, and project control in a fast-paced project environment. In my current role, as a BIM Project Manager, I help ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and in line with customer requirements. Acting as a bridge between client-facing teams and the back office, I motivate teams to deliver results efficiently and effectively. My responsibilities include overseeing planning, resource allocation, and forecasting—always within the defined scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high quality standards. I also contribute to the development of future BPMs and PEMs by teaching Master Classes, where I share our IDS value proposition and best practices. Working in an international environment, I’m eager to learn from colleagues across different cultures and disciplines. I embrace new challenges and responsibilities with curiosity and confidence. I successfully completed International Talent Advancement Program 2023 (ITAP). I enhanced my knowledge in various areas, including agile working mindset, project management, time management, change management, understanding people's tendencies and many more topics. I am an enthusiast for digital transformation in the construction industry.

Schiphol Airport Pier A Amsterdam Project / September 2019 – January 2022 -Designed project management processes such as Request for Information, Work Inspection Request, Non-Conformance Reports for Electronic Document Management System. (Aconex) -Prepared dynamic dashboards with Power BI to present project progress to management and related teams. -Developed auto reporting apps for Commissioning, QA-QC and HSE teams. TAV HQ Office Facility Management Project / September 2020 – January 2022 -Developed families and element attributes for Architectural and IT disciplines. -Modeled Architectural, Structural and IT models of the office building. -Coordinated Architectural, Structural, MEPF models. -Reported discrepancies and design conflicts in Federated Model. -Maintained model for Facility management purpose. Qatar Passenger Terminal Expansion Project / November 2019 – February 2020 -Controlled BIM Models quality from pre-tender phase to construction phase. -As a contractor representative, identified major clashes between Structural Models and MEPF Models and reporting those clashes and design issues to Engineer’s BIM Manager. Schiphol Airport Pier A Amsterdam Project / September 2019 – October 2019 -Searched Uniformat, Uniclass Classification systems to apply it to project. -Developed Dynamo scripts for controlling and bulk changing the family names and types according to BEP. Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal Project - IT Systems BIM Modeling Service / March 2018 – June 2021 -Developed family and element attributes based on design specifications and product documentation. -Modeled all Information & Communication Technology hardware equipment within the scope of TAV Technologies per LOD 300 – LOD 400 BIM basis. -Compiled federated models with other discipline models per client requirements. -Documented all clashes between TAV Technologies’ elements and others. - Conducted a detailed modeling per LOD 500 BIM standards based on site redline As-built drawings and documentation. Paris ADP HQ construction project / February 2017 – March 2018 -Created structural BIM Models of three office buildings which are connected with an accessible roof terrace with French gardens. -Modelled of all three buildings of façade system. -Performed clash detection between multiple disciplines. Found possible solutions according to conflicts. Explained basic information about BIM and taught how to create structural and architectural model in Revit, how to run clash detections and combine model elements and spatial data with construction planning and how to conduct 4D simulation of Project in Navisworks. Created schedule and demonstrated how to take BOQ from Revit.
