I have a long-standing HR experience in both the bank sector and now in a manufacturing environment. My goal is to find the people who will fit in our culture, recognize themselves in our values, make them grow and showing enthusiasm for our mission and our strategy. Seeing people I have recruited a couple of years ago who have evolved and who are now key people for the business is the most valuable accomplishment I can think of.
For the Belgian affiliates of Puratos Group (1.300 employees): Managing a team of 6 people. Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy :attracting, recruiting and on-boarding of new employees. Develop Puratos’ image as Employer of choice, define and implement Employer Branding plan for Belgium. Manage a Recruitment team and ensure that the recruitment needs are filled with respect to KPIs quality, cost, time… Implementation of the global Learning & Development strategy in Belgium. Design training programs for all employees of the Belgian entities (the 5 production sites, our Headquarter and our Belux entity).
As a member of the Site Management Team, I help to realize the operational and strategic GB Production Site Plan, with focus on the people component and through the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and tools. Support in driving the development and transformation of the GB production site towards operational excellence, for the people related components.
• Defining, in close collaboration with Business Unit Managers, job descriptions and candidate qualifications • Recruiting new staff (fixed contract and permanent): job posting, applications screening, interview with candidates, preparing and negotiating offers with candidates, new starters on-boarding • Representing Beobank on campuses, job fairs and recruitment events • Managing external HR partners such as recruitment agencies and e-recruitment website providers: business requirements development, partner selection, contract negotiation, implementation and ongoing review based on performance • Managing the annual recruitment budget (external branding, agencies fees, etc.) • Optimizing processes and procedures (standardize new starter introduction guide, creation of recruitment Intranet pages, implementation of recruitment dashboards, etc.) • HR branding development: contacts with communication agencies, participation in the creation of a LinkedIn company page, etc.
•Successfully led major IT accounts and developed new business including Dexia, Siemens, Atos Origin, ABN Amro, Xerox and Winterthur •Responsible for recruiting permanent and contract resources on behalf of hiring managers and Contract Resource Offices •Initiated and developed relationships, quality of service and negotiation between clients and candidates •Negotiated margins, terms and conditions between contractors and clients, rate increases/decreases and contract extensions •Represented Modis at client meetings to maintain relationships and discuss issues or improvements areas •Achieved 131% of my targets in 2005 (Top 15 best achiever in Europe)
