I focus not just about creating the next hyper-growth strategy but also the creative journey of nurturing and building high-impact, high-performing teams to fuel the desirable outcome and end state for businesses. My experiences in various technology companies at Datacraft, IDC and SolarWinds enable me to work closely with customers and organisations in aligning both business and technology needs. In the last decade, my efforts have expanded into building and growing Asia Pacific strategies. In my role as the Regional Vice President of Sales for APAC & Japan in Alteryx, building a resilient and high-performing team, I worked closely with customers such as Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan, PWC and Cathay Pacific solidify their digital transformation strategies and journeys. I am proud to have been part of Alteryx’s Singapore Women in Analytics Program, where we formed a great network of internal and external support ecosystem, anchored on diversity in the workplace. Following the stint in HPE Ezmeral, I have joined Sonar, a brilliant company built by Developers, used by Developers. My goal is to build, develop and grow our Global Partners as well as the Asia Pacific Headquarters based in Singapore.
