I am a pricing and strategy operator who has spent the last decade working in financial services, consulting and tech - always drawn to the complex, high-stakes problems at the edge of product and commercial strategy. I have worked cross-functionally to lead pricing transformation for AI and agentic products, designing consumption-based pricing architectures, building discount and approval frameworks, and enabling sales teams to sell in markets where the category is still being defined. Earlier in my career I launched digital products at Citibank, ran strategy and operations initiatives at a global social startup, and built MarTech and personalization programs at Accenture across APAC. Regional Digital Product • Spearheaded the end-to-end product launch (ideation, to planning, execution and launch) of Citi's first-to-market feature Wealth 360, offering real-time access to a range of enhanced wealth management functions, including interbank account overview, monthly cash flow reports, insights into personal spending habits, personalized financial insights, and carbon footprint overview. • Collaborated with stakeholders (design, business, technical, project management, legal, marketing and data teams) to define business requirements, user stories and scope of work. Effectively influenced key stakeholders to align intent, resources, and prioritization to support roadmap. • Selected technology vendors through the RFP process, onboarded and managed them as point person, overseeing successful delivery of project.
Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song) • Led Personalisation workstream for Global Groceries Retailer: Working across client teams and data work streams to define and implement personalisation use cases across Web & App channels enabled by Salesforce Interaction Studio and CDP. Web and app is now live in MY and TH. • Piloted social media offering to successfully sign clients to deliver data-driven content strategy and PoC campaigns (Email, Paid Facebook, Search), for 5 global brands in Alcoholic Beverages, Hospitality and Payments. • Planned, managed and designed data - driven marketing campaigns and journeys for regional domestic airline, resulting in a direct increase in annual revenue.
Management Consulting - Digital & Innovation Products Operating Group Africa Asia Pacific •Managed a global commercial program as an Engagement Lead for a leading Pharmaceutical client designed to deliver ongoing digital content management via Sitecore to the APAC region (ASEAN, Japan and Australia). The program helped to increase the client’s marketing effectiveness through speed to market for product launches and cost optimisation for content production. • Led region-first program CRM cloud implementation program, planning and implementing pilot CRM campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Reltio, across 5 leading luxury brands in APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia). • Designed and project managed Travel & Hospitality personalization solution tying the capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud, Travelsify and Boxever to win subsequent work with global airlines. • Planned and facilitated client ideation, service design and branding workshops across Travel & Hospitality, Beauty, Financial Services and Automotive clients.
Re/Digital is a digital marketing consultancy. The company focuses on lifting digital capabilities for marketing (creative & media) agencies and professional services firms through consulting and training. I joined fresh out of university as a first hire, and initiated all of the brand and marketing efforts for the Re/Digital brand. Additionally, I planned and designed lead-generation initiatives including email marketing, an online video training platform and event planning for business development.
