I have over two decades of experience, in secondary education. I have been a comprehensive and alternative high English Teacher. I was a comprehensive high school assistant principal. I served as both an alternative high school and comprehensive high school principal. The last four years, I have served as the Director of Secondary Student Achievement/Charter Schools. In my tenure, I have assumed two more divisions including: College and Career Readiness and Career Technical Education. I throughly enjoy building structures to ensure students are graduating college and career ready.

I was responsible for the daily operations of La Sierra High School. The average daily attendance was between 1,900 and 1,800. Under my leadership, our mid cycle WASC was visit deemed La Sierra High School as successful turn around.
I was responsible for the daily operations of Riverside County Education Academy/ Military Charter School.
I over saw student discipline, attendance, testing, the associated student body, and the English and Social Studies departments.
