Leading business and design efforts at WhiteShapes Innovation and Strategy, providing strategic consultancy for User Experience and Communication Design to a varied list of clients ranging from e-commerce companies, education and tech start-ups to media giants. I have been responsible in engaging with clients for business acquisition and helping them in developing a focused product strategy and road map. Acting as a single point of contact for clients, development teams and vendors, one of the keys roles has been to act as a channel of communication between various functions throughout SDLC. On the design front, I have helped in establishing a tailored design approach for each project by being more relevant to specific domains. Worked as an independent designer providing consultancy for projects ranging from Visual Programming Language for robotics, Learning Management and publishing portal, Loyalty Solutions for retailers to Print design, Branding and commercial illustrations.
Lead UI and Visual design teams to create strategies and execute solutions for learning based products. I was involved in capturing client requirements, preparing and implementing project specific design guidelines, estimating and tracking project effort and hands on UI design.
