My ambition is to create a positive impact on the world by helping people and businesses grow. Finance, to me, is more than numbers, it’s a way to advise, empower, and guide others toward smarter and sustainable decisions. With a strong academic foundation from Antwerp Management School (Master in Finance & Investments) and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, I have developed solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. My main interests lie in corporate finance, valuation and M&A, where I enjoy turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. I am detail-oriented, collaborative, and persistent. Characteristics I have developed through, on the one hand, academic work, such as my master’s thesis on the impact of COVID-19 on the financing structure of Belgian SMEs and the Junior Management Programme (JuMP). And on the other hand, via hands-on challenges like the MP sell-side pitch competition and a non-profit consultancy project for the City of Antwerp. Outside of finance, I love staying active through tennis, fitness, indoor soccer and skiing. And, I am always looking for new ways to push myself and grow both personally and professionally.
Tijdens de zomervakantie heb ik de kans gehad om te werken bij Kiekeboe Kinderopvang. Een waardevolle ervaring die mijn studie Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen perfect aanvult. Naast het zorgen voor kinderen, leerde ik hoe belangrijk teamwork, communicatie en organisatie zijn voor een goed functionerende organisatie. Ik kreeg inzicht in dagelijkse operationele processen, zoals planning en efficiënt gebruik van middelen. Het onderhouden van goede relaties met zowel ouders als collega’s heeft me geleerd hoe belangrijk klantgerichtheid en interne communicatie zijn voor het succes van een organisatie.
