I started my career in audit at KPMG and PwC, where I learned rigor, discipline, and how businesses truly work. Entrepreneurship then taught me reality. Over the years, I co-founded, scaled, and sold several companies in digital, media, and technology, including JustForYou (sold to Belgacom Skynet), Radionomy (sold to Vivendi), and Social Lab (sold to WPP / Ogilvy). My journey spans both CFO and Chief People Officer roles, resulting in a rare blend of financial rigor and human leadership, bridging numbers and people, strategy and culture.
