I am a solution-oriented project manager with extensive inter-cultural experience. My specialisation is project prospection, start-up and roll-out. With my calm and balanced personality, I work in complicated environments with a high stress resistance. My problem-solving skills, analytical approach and holistic perspective allow me to distinguish the trivial from the important. As a people manager with a positive and trusting attitude, I have been described as socially skilled, open and flexible. Humour is a tool that I use to diffuse a situation.
