Today, I lead Cocoa Life at Mondelēz International, one of the world’s largest sustainable cocoa programs, managing an $80M+ spend, leading a global team of 40 experts, and driving strategic partnerships across an ecosystem reaching 250,000+ farmers in 8 countries. My career combines deep commercial expertise with hands-on operational leadership: building sourcing businesses from the ground up, managing P&Ls, securing supply chains, and leading transformation at scale in complex, multicultural environments.
